DevOps for coaches

Agile coaches have been around for a while now and while most of them are well equipped to implement Agile and Scrum, for implementing DevOps they need additional knowledge and skills.

For most Agile coaches, the knowledge level on how to implement DevOps on the technology side is lacking. What would be an effective approach and what are the technologies to take into account? What value do these add and when to implement what? During this two-day DevOps for Agile coaches training, participants will learn how to steer on improvement on technical skills needed for DevOps, besides the process and people skills which they already are able to. The first day focuses on the approach they’ll follow. The second day is about the concrete DevOps content and will teach the audience about the technologies used in DevOps. By teaching participants the DevOps improvement approach and helping them to better understand underlying technologies such as CI/CD, Testing, Reliability etc., Agile caoches will be empowered to improve their teams’ performance. Course objectives • Being able to improve based on technology skills besides people and process • Understanding the technology aspects and differences when moving to DevOps • Understanding which choices to make and how to prioritize your improvement efforts • Knowing how to implement DevOps and coach teams towards DevOp
