As a starting confidential counselor, you’re dealing with a lot of questions. What exactly is your task? What are do’s and don’ts?
In these Essentials, you’ll get all information you need about your role when employees ask for help. You listen to them and together you gather possibilities about how to handle in the specific situation. You also learn how the confidential counselor can be embedded in the company.
In the training, we use real-life examples so you can practice your new role. This will be partly with an actor, in the afternoon of the second day.

Goal of the essentials
After the training, you know about the task, role and position of the confidential counselor in the company. You can support, empower and advise employees who ask for your help. You know what kind of policies the company needs in order to protect employees from the consequences of unwanted behavior.
