PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation - Including Exam [P2F7]

OVERVIEW

The purpose of the PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation training program is to equip participants with a fundamental grasp of modern project management, by diving deep into the PRINCE2® project management method. It also aims to assist participants in their preparation for the PRINCE2® Foundation examination, which includes a web proctored exam voucher as part of the course fee.

This course is aligned with the PRINCE2® Project Management Foundation syllabus by PeopleCert syllabus , with continued focus on the traditional challenges of project management, and awareness for today’s environment in which projects are conducted, with a people-centric approach and new project management approaches (Change Management Approach, Commercial Management Approach, Sustainability Management Approach and Data Management Approach).

The course delves into the PRINCE2® framework, its practical application in real-world projects and the Foundation Exam.

Web proctored exam voucher is included in course fee - this has a validity of 12 months. You will need to schedule your exam within this time frame.
