Project management according the PRINCE2 framework will provide a solid operational management with clear roles and responsibilities of the project management team.

The PRINCE2 practitioner training will give the participant knowledge of how to use the 26 report templates like a Business Case, Benefits Review Plan, Stage plan, how to choose the right person for a particular role, how to analyse a project environment and identify project risks.

Different cases are used to give insight to set up a project. It usually is non-specific IT projects, like a reorganization of a department, or moving a plant to another location, setting up an Olympic village for athletes. The training also will prepare the participant for the PRINCE2 practitioner exam.

Course:

• 3-day course, planning on demand or see above (global starting dates). 
• Invest about 30 hours study time. 
• We will use the 2 preparation exams (130 questions) to look into the theory. By explain the wrong answers, you will learn a lot of the PRINCE2 approach.
• Exam not on the last day. You should prepare yourself. The exam has a maximum duration of 3 hours.
