You give leadership to practitioners, often hard workers who are generally less well educated. In doing so, you are responsible for the daily management, work planning and team results.

Hard-working employees with talent regularly progress to a management position. In addition to their own work, they are now expected to manage employees; a whole new subject. This practice-oriented training teaches them to develop leadership skills such as motivating, delegating and communicating.

What am I developing?

You are already a specialist in your field; you also learn a second profession: practical leadership. Through the exercises, you gain insight into communication techniques with which you can motivate and stimulate your team. You increase your skills in order to handle conflicts and emotions. After the training you are able to stimulate the sense of responsibility of your employees, so that their self-thinking and problem-solving capacity increases.

Our approach

According to us, you not only learn in a classroom. That’s why, following your enrolment, you immediately start with your learning materials and preparation assignments via our online learning platform. The training itself is very interactive. Self-analyses, exercises, discussions and exchanges of experience make the learning process personal and very practical. To safeguard the new insights and skills, you can maintain contact with the trainer and other participants in the interim and up to twelve months afterwards.
