The Lean Agile Six Sigma Black Belt training is the fastest way to become a Lean Agile Six Sigma Black Belt. The Lean Agile Six Sigma Black Belt training is the fastest way to become a Lean Agile Six Sigma Black Belt. This training lasts 14-17 days and combines the Green Belt training and the Green to Black Belt training. You start with the Green Belt training and thus learn to carry out a project according to the Lean Agile Six Sigma method. Then you move on to the Green Belt to Black Belt training where you get further content.
You develop competencies to lead improvement trajectories and secure change. We'll then teach you how to become a content Lean Agile Six Sigma expert who can solve complex problems, coach Green Belts and shape and implement the Lean Agile Six Sigma program. It is an intensive and practical training that you can apply directly in your own work environment.
Target group
This intensive training is aimed at training you to Black Belt. You
develop competencies to lead improvement trajectories and secure
change. After finishing, you as a Black Belt are able to solve
complex problems and to implement (cultural) changes within the
organization. A concrete and demonstrable contribution is expected
from a Black Belt.
The Black Belt training is intended for project leaders of improvement projects, managers and consultants who want to get structurally started with process improvements and change processes within the organization. No pre-training is required for this training. The level of this training is similar to the HBO level.
Duration of training
The Black Belt training lasts 13-17 days, depending on which Black
Belt route you choose. The days are divided into 6-8 blocks of
consecutive days. Training times are from 09:00 to 17:00. For each
block you have to take into account about 4 hours of preparation
time. It is about putting the learned into practice as much as
possible. After the training, the exam follows. This takes 3 hours.
Exam preparation time varies per participant. Our experience
teaches us that most participants need about 20 hours of
preparation.
Content training / program
The Black Belt training combines the Green Belt training and the
Green to Black Belt training. You start with the Green Belt
training and thus learn to carry out a project according to the
Lean Agile or Lean Six Sigma method. Then you move on to the Green
Belt to Black Belt training where you get further content.
You will learn how to improve business processes by detecting, analyzing and reducing problems in processes. It is not only about saving but also about having processes do only what the customer pays for. The added value for the customer is central. With that vision, you simplify processes and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
In outline, the most complete program looks like this:
Day 1-2
Introduction with in particular: What is Lean, what is Six Sigma
and how do these methods reinforce each other?
Define: who is the customer, what does he think is important, what
process is involved and how do we determine the outcomes?
Day 3-4
Measure: determining and performing a measurement, performing a measurement system analysis, determining the size of the problem.
Day 5-6
Analysis: determine causes of the problem, data & process
analysis, determine biggest causes.
Improve: Find solutions for the causers, select the best solution,
implement the solution in practice.
Control: securing the solution performed, setting up permanent
measurement, determining result.
Learn to guide change by creating support and ensuring improvements
in the organization.
Day 7
Six Sigma: Introducing Six Sigma Basic Statistics, Data Collection and Process Performance From Data to Insight
Day 8-9
Masterclass Policy Deployment; This floor module deals with program management and Lean Six Sigma Policy Deployments. Central to this are the questions ‘How do we roll out process improvement in organizations and what is at stake here?’. We cover techniques such as Scrum, Lean Leadership, OGSM and the change map.
Day 10-11
Masterclass Advanced Six Sigma; Data analysis according to the Six Sigma method, with i.a. hypothesis testing, process performance analysis and measurement system analysis. We work with Minitab.
Day 12-13
Masterclass Advanced Lean; Lean offers many techniques to analyze and improve even the most stubborn processes. Here we discuss, among other things, how processes can be analyzed with the help of Value Stream Mapping.
Day 14-15
Background Agile and Scrum: Learn a project-oriented way of working that quickly results in you. Discover the combination with Lean management based on practice cases. Agile coaching. Self-organization.
Day 16-17
Masterclass Black Belt: As a Black Belt, you supervise Green Belts projects. Based on the coaching Kata teaches you to coach Green Belts.
Exam preparation
