You can choose between two options

  • Tailored Training: a 2-hour training focused on your chosen business case
  • Training + 3 Custom Workshops: a 1.5-hour tailored training and 2.5 hours where attendees can directly apply the insights & interventions in custom workshops

Tailored Training

In this 2-hour tailored training, your team or department will learn how to align different teams and departments around a shared vision and framework, the customer journey, with an evidence-based and human-centric approach. The goal is to translate these findings into actual behavioral and organizational change.

We will discuss insights and interventions from behavioral psychology and neuroscience that will be useful for driving a culture of collaboration that deeply empathizes with the customer's perspective and optimizes for conversion while remaining human-centric by combining scientific rigor with industry agility.

Training + 3 Custom workshops

In the 1.5-hour training, all attendees will learn about the fundamental principles, behavioral tendencies, and insights and interventions that are most relevant for your three chosen business cases. After this session, you will have all the tools to get started.

The three custom workshops over 2.5 hours are a hands-on opportunity for attendees to apply the insights they just learned to your three chosen business cases while our facilitators ensure guidance and support. This has proven to be the most effective way of Customer Journey training but it requires a bit more preparation. Examples of business cases are:

  • Updating customer personas with behavioral segmentation
  • Applying behavioral insights to optimise your customer experience
  • Aligning teams to close gaps in your customer journey
