You can also sign up for the CCXP exam, for which you are now truly prepared. But it is certainly not mandatory to complete the CX Masterclass with an exam.

What you will not learn during the CX Master Class:

  • We don't teach you to map Customer Journeys
  • We are not going to solve practical cases (although we will discuss scenarios).
  • The CX Masterclass is not an implementation course. The Masterclass is entirely focused on knowledge, insight and skills.

Some practical things

This Masterclass is an all-inclusive learning experience. You will be immersed in content and exchange your CX knowledge with colleagues for two days: a blended-learning program!

Nienke Bloem will present the CX Masterclass together with Jaap Wilms CCXP RTP. The open CX Masterclass will be in English, because CX colleagues from all over the world are participating.

The CX Masterclass always takes place at Grand Hotel Karel V in Utrecht. This hotel is originally a fourteenth-century monastery in the heart of Utrecht. It is one of the most surprising places in the city and has a beautiful courtyard garden. You will start on Thursday at 9.00 am and finish Friday around 4.30 pm. On Thursday you will be dining and spending the night in this lovely hotel. Of course we will also arrange coffee, tea and lunch, and the drinks on Thursday evening at this hotel.

  • The original and full price via Springest is € 2.970.
  • Food, drinks and accommodation are included in the price. The price mentioned does not include 21% VAT.
