The success of Projects is increasingly dependent on the social competences of project Leaders, without neglecting the technical skills. Project Leaders must be able to handle projects from a leadership perspective where stakeholders and team members require attention and adequate treatment in order to deliver successful results.
The “Game to exercise your Leadership” is targeted towards Project Leaders who lead teams. The training focuses on the leadership skills which are needed to successfully lead a project.
