ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification is a two-part assessment:

• part 1: Practical assignments during the training course
• in-class, 4 practical assignments (in-group), based on a case study,
• graded in-session (the trainer evaluates the outputs of the assignments)
• open-book
• the fulfillment of all 4 assignments is required for the candidate to take the multiple-choice exam
• part 2: a multiple-choice exam after the training course
• 60 minutes,
• 30 questions,
• pass mark 70% (21/30),
• closed-book
