There are smart tools for this, including the Experiment Board. In two meetings you learn with the help of the Experiment Board how you can validate a customer problem and it becomes clear to you whether you can solve the problem. You do this by actually working in practice with the Experiment Board.

FOR WHO: This workshop is suitable for starting entrepreneurs, innovation teams and entrepreneurs who want to put new products / services on the market. Vocational teachers who want to train on working with the Experiment Board are also very welcome.

RESULT: When you have completed the workshop, you know the importance of a well-prepared customer experiment. You know what the Experiment Board stands for and how you can use it for the start of your startup or new innovation. You also prepare your first experiment and apply it to your own startup or business idea. Finally, you are familiar with asking the right questions to help you identify customer problems

PREPARATION: The workshop requires no preparation. At the end of the workshop you will receive the presentation and you will have access to our online videos and tools that you can use right away.

METHODOLOGY: The workshop is based on the Lean Startup methodology, the Experiment Board and Customer Interviews supplemented with a variety of principles and methods from other models, such as: Agile, Customer development, implementation, Getting Things Done, Growth and Innovation Hacking accounting.

FACILITIES: The use of materials is included in the price.

LANGUAGE: The workshop will be provided in English (Indien u de voorkeur geeft aan Nederlands, raden wij u aan de Nederlandstalige versie van deze cursus te bekijken).
