Onboarding: 90-days kickstart program (EN)

Startin a new position soon or have you just started in a new job, project or major assignment? A good start is half the work!

Whether it’s your very first job or the first in a management or (senior) executive position, your first 90 days are crucial and you want to get the max out of it, so you can shorten the period to become really productive and will maximize your success!

In a series of nine intense coaching sessions you'll focus on several important core themes which are key to a successful transition:

• Who is your boss and how does he or she want to be managed?
• What exactly is your assignment, what are you being paid for to achieve?
• Testing assumptions and putting a finger on the sore spot
• Assess the team, and how to put the best possible team together given your assignment
• Who are your other stakeholders? What alliances do you have to create?
• Which strategy fits the situation best? 
• How to keep your own balance?

You'll get plenty of room to discuss dilemma's, to brainstorm and use the coach as sparring partner.  Specific assignments and additional information will be provided as well.

This program is specifically valuable for executives, senior managers, middle managers, expatriates, specialists, first-time managers, business partners and members of staff.
