QRP is gespecialiseerd in het ondersteunen van organisaties en professionals bij het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden van Best Practices, door training en certificering op het gebied van Best Practice Management methodes.Wij ondersteunen je tijdens je loopbaan door middel van e-learning, virtuele en klassikale trainingen in Project Management, Agile, Programme-, Portfolio-, PMO- en IT Servie Management. Wij bieden de volgende certificeringen: ITIL, DevOps, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, MSP,MoP en P3O.
The MoP Foundation course is designed for people who require a general level of MoP understanding. The course provides knowledge about the principles, cycles, practices, techniques, roles, responsibilities, documents and organisational context within which portfolio management operates.
MoP Foundation aims to ensure that a candidate can act as an informed member of a Portfolio Office or in a range of portfolio management roles.
Following the completion of the course participants should:

- Know and understand the principles upon which successful
portfolio management is based
- Know and understand approaches to implementation, the factors to
consider in maintaining progress, and how to assess the success of
portfolio management
- Know and understand purposes of the portfolio management
definition and delivery cycles and their component practices, and
relevant techniques applicable to each practice
- Know and understand purpose and key content of the major
portfolio documents
- Know and understand scope of key portfolio management roles
- Pass the MoP Foundation exam.
Exam:
- 40 minutes
- 50 questions
- Objective Test Questions
- 50% pass mark
- Closed book
Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation
of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and
auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
