Program Overview

This 3-day training program is designed for individuals without prior Workforce Management (WFM) experience who wish to learn the basic principles of WFM. By the end of this course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire WFM process, the connections between different process steps, and an acquaintance with the most commonly used WFM terms.

No explicit prior knowledge of WFM is required for this training.

The trainer is Dutch, and participants can attend in person or online. In person sessions take place in Amstelveen or Zeist, or at a location agreed based on participant preferences and circumstances.
