5-Day Service Design Thinking Global Bootcamp (Certificate)

The DesignThinkers Bootcamp offers you the unique opportunity to learn from internationally recognized and highly experienced Design Thinking practitioners from the business, design and academic world. It provides a combination of Personal Coaching, Master Classes and in-depth knowledge of Service Design Thinking Tools and Methodology.

The main goal of the bootcamp is to guide you via ‘learning-by-doing’ on how to apply Design Thinking to your business.

The DT Bootcamp is especially designed for ‘Industry Executives’, ‘Senior Government Policy Makers’ and ‘Independent Professionals’ who want to take the next step towards actually using Design Thinking in their daily work. Next to learning about the DT methodology and its various tools, the bootcamp coaches are all practitioners and will guide participants toward putting Design Thinking into practice.

Theory
We strongly believe in ‘Learning by Doing’, so the DT Bootcamp is a high energy and hands-on event. You’ll be challenged to work in small teams on a real case and learn to work with Service Design and Design Thinking tools like Personas, Customer Journey Mapping, Stakeholder Mapping, Value Network Mapping, Prototyping, Business Modeling, and more. Moreover, a focus of this program will be on exploring the questions how to integrate these tools in an organization and how to create buy-in within an organization and with your sponsors.

Our main objective is to provide you with hands-on tools that you can use immediately the next day in your working environment. But we will also facilitate train-the-trainer aspects, so by transforming your mindset and your way of thinking you will be able to train your own team.

Besides the training program you will be handed out a toolkit, certificate and access to the DT Academy Network virtual environment.

Program & Coaching 'Learning by Doing'
Each day of the DT Bootcamp focusses on a specific topic within the Design Thinking process.

The coaches will share their experiences in the form of a masterclass on this specific topic and will then guide you and your team during the process, from doing research to designing Service Concepts and implementation of these concepts in complex organisations.

At the same time the facilitators will continuously focus on your teams’ progress of the different activities during the DesignThinkers Bootcamp.
