OMNI hypnosis and hypnotherapy training

General information

Are you considering a career as a hypnotherapist, or would you like to learn hypnosis to complement your current profession? Then the OMNI hypnosis and hypnotherapy training is an excellent starting point. We are affiliated with the OMNI Hypnosis Training Center®, a leading international training institute with worldwide representation. In the first part (basic) training you will learn to bring persons into hypnosis with scientifically based methods, focusing on two specific hypnosis states: the somnambulism state and the Esdaile state. You will learn the importance of changes from the subconscious mind for lasting results and how to effectively bring about behavioral change in your clients using direct suggestion techniques. Upon completion, you will be competent in treating behavioral addictions, such as smoking cessation, modification of eating habits, improving athletic and learning performance, stress management and promoting better sleep patterns. In the second part, the advanced part, you will learn how to use hypnosis analysis techniques to identify and solve the cause of numerous mental and physical problems.

For whom

This course is suitable for both beginning and advanced hypnotherapists, and professionals such as coaches, therapists and other professionals who wish to broaden their expertise. This course is taught at the college level and is open to participants with an MBO-4 degree or those with a college level of work and thinking.

Scientific basis for OMNI hypnosis and hypnotherapy training

The OMNI Hypnosis Training Center® actively contributes to scientific research, using our induction methods based on the work of Dave Elman and Gerald Kein in a scientific study on states of hypnosis have been validated in collaboration with the University of Zurich.

Hypnosis as an adjunct or career

Whether you are seeking hypnosis to complement your current profession, such as coach, therapist, sports professional, educator, or HRM manager, or if you want to start as a hypnotherapist; this course provides a solid foundation. This training allows you to start working immediately as a hypnotherapist, recognized by the professional association CATcollective. For healthcare professionals, we also offer specialized medical hypnosis training.

Hands-on learning

You will learn hypnosis by going directly into practice.
Our training emphasizes not only the “what” and “how,” but also the “why,” with theoretical underpinnings and scientific insights.

Tutoring after training

Upon completion, you will gain access to an exclusive specialist group, where you will find additional resources, information, and scientific research.
Here you can ask questions and exchange experiences with fellow students.

Recognized certificate

After the training you will receive a certificate recognized by various professional associations.
In combination with the OMNI hypnotherapy training (advanced) you can start as an OMNI hypnotherapist.

Study Load

The training consists of 72 classroom hours and 135 hours of self-study (120 hours of online training for post-training review) with a total of 227 hours (8 ECTs).

Result

• After the OMNI hypnosis training you will be able to put people into hypnosis, know how to deepen the state of hypnosis, know how to test the state of hypnosis, and be able to work with powerful direct hypnosis techniques for smoking cessation, the behavioral issues surrounding weight loss, stress management, sports enhancement, insomnia, anxiety, focus and concentration, creativity, working with stress complaints, and much more.
• In addition, you will know how to start your own practice, be given methods to streamline your practice organizationally.
• After the training, you can start working directly with various mental and physical complaints.
• You learn to work on solving complaints from the cause, not the symptoms
