Description

Starting a new software project is always exciting, but it also brings challenges. Teams must align quickly, define the right architecture, and deliver value fast. In this training, you'll learn step by step how to use Agentic AI and a structured DevOps approach to accelerate software development from day one.

You will learn how to:

• apply AI-native engineering workflows at the start of a project,
• generate, refine, and align requirements and backlog items with stakeholders,
• implement production-quality code and automated tests with Agentic AI,
• ensure consistency and quality through validation and context engineering.

During the training, you will gain hands-on experience with Agentic AI by working on a project from initial idea to running feature. You’ll practice collaborating with stakeholders, structuring your development process around AI-native workflows, and applying advanced prompting strategies to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
