Insights Discovery® Teams

Insights is a simple and easy-to-apply tool to better understand individuals and team behaviour and therefore make people work better together. Insights enables a quick analysis of the strengths and challenges of people and teams. In addition to insights regarding personal style preferences in daily functioning, a team also gains insight into Team Dynamics; where do a team's style preferences lie, what are its strengths and where might the team be lacking something. How the team is composed is made clear using a so-called Team Wheel. The Team Wheel makes it clear what positive contribution each team member makes to the team result. An Insights team workshop has a creative and positive character. Participants perceive the approach as non-threatening. People generally feel challenged to talk to each other and spar about (differences of opinion) and possible conflicts. Using Insights Discovery's colour model, Insights makes it possible to define the most urgent and important points for team development. MK Leads' trainers can help the team visualise problems and opportunities, prevent possible team failure and thus increase the chances of team success many times over.
