1. Baseline Measurement

We offer a free phone consultation with our Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), who is also a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master, to assess the participants' level and discuss training objectives with expert advice.

2. Incompany Training

Participants receive a professional, theoretical/practical incompany training in Dutch or English, or in Dutch using the English version of Office (customized), on-site at your location. You may provide your own practical materials to be used during training.
Your organization will send the invitations to participants by email.
We assess the target group and learning objectives, and in consultation, select a suitable MOS Master trainer and matching course materials (if desired).
Weekend or evening training and laptop rental are also available.

3. Evaluation and Completion

At the end of the incompany training, an evaluation is conducted, and participants receive a certificate of participation visible in their user profile via our LMS system or App. With this App, all participants from OEM Office E-Learning Menu can edit their profile and download or view their certificates.

4. Reference Materials

Our practical course books cover all features of Microsoft Office in detail. These books are designed for anyone who wants to work faster and more efficiently and get the most out of Microsoft Office. The course books contain hundreds of pages with exercises and topic coverage.

5. Aftercare
