Jaap Wilms consults, challenges and supports (international) companies in bringing their Customer Experience and NPS Programmes to the next level.
With 20 years of international experience in CX, his previous role was of Head of Global NPS in Financial Services where Jaap designed and led a best-in-class NPS Programme in 13 countries across Europe and Asia.
With his company Wilms ‘n zo! founded three years ago, he now challenges and supports CX Programme Managers in making their programmes a success in the organisation, and to get them to be CX leaders.
Drawing from a wide range of corporate experience, expertise and a strong focus on behaviour and engaging the organisation, Jaap challenges to think differently and impactful. Clients include E.ON, SES, Baloise, Bayer, AH, Wargaming, KPN and many more.
Jaap is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP, GlobalCEM, SMX), a frequently asked speaker, a guest lecturer at MBA and universities, and holds an additonal Art Historian degree. Yet most important, he loves anchovies, roquefort and coffee (although not mixed).
