Data Science with Python Foundation Certification

We have worked together with APMG International to offer you an internationally recognized certification in Data Science.

The exam and Data Science with Python Foundation certificate are included in the course. The exam can be taken directly after the training or at a moment of your choice. If you get at least 50% of the 50 multiple choice questions right, you will pass the exam and receive your certificate. More information about the exam can be found here. What will you achieve?

After your first steps in Python, you’ll take a deep dive into the most popular and essential Data Science tools. You’ll invest in your Data Science skills, learn best practices for setting up projects in Python and kickstart your venture into Data Science.

In 12 weeks, you will know how to write with Python in Jupyter Notebooks, transform your data with pandas, and train Machine Learning models. You will also be able to create plots and graphs with Matplotlib, Seaborn, and other visualization packages such as Altair.

You will finish the 12-week Bootcamp with the APMG Data Science with Python Foundation exam and be ready to start your career in Data Science!

1. Do I need any experience with Data Science before starting?
   No, this bootcamp is designed that you can start from scratch. In twelve weeks, you’ll have a very steep learning curve toward the principles and best practices within Data Science.
2. How much time do I need to invest in the program?
   The bootcamp is twelve weeks long. Every week you have a 4 hour module from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m. There's no homework, but you can of course invest extra time beyond the modules if you feel like it!
3. When will the classes take place?
   All our instructor-led modules are from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m.; while you can do the other on-demand modules whenever you want that week! The next iteration will start in April 2023. The exact dates are: April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, 20 and 27 - 2023.
4. Will I receive a diploma or certificate after finishing the bootcamp?
   We have worked together with APMG International to offer you an internationally recognized certification in Data Science.
   The exam and Data Science with Python Foundation certificate are included in the course. The exam can be taken directly after the bootcamp. After passing the exam you receive your certificate. More information about the exam can be found here.
5. What kind of background do I need to join?
   No need for specific diplomas or experience. Having worked with data and understanding the basics of statistics is a perk. 75% of our trainees have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
   Before starting with our bootcamp, you’ll have an intake with one of our trainers to make sure the level of the program is aligned with your learning objectives and capabilities. 6. For what kind of jobs can I apply after finishing the bootcamp?
